NAIJABEZT Remember In 2009 When I Was Already 6yrs Into The Journey Of Becoming A Professional Rap Artiste,Can't Really Recall The Date But It Was Few Days After A Friend's Birthday. We Happened To Live In The Same Tenement House. I Saw Him Wearing A New Flip Flop And A New Pair Of Jeans Which I Pleasantly Complimented On. So My Friend Said It's A Gift He Received From Someone For His Birthday And The Person Who Gave Him The Gift Asked Him To Tell Me He Has A Package For Me Too,That My Friend Should Take Me To His Place Whenever I'm Free To Get My Own Gift. The Next Morning,My Friend And I Went To Meet The Man. Immediately We Got To His Place,After Exchanging Pleasantries He Asked Us To Pray. The Man Is A Pastor. After Some Few Minutes Of Discussion He Said To Me "You Are Going To Make It In Life.You Are Really Gonna Suffer But You'll Make It Big Time.That's The Gift I Have For You." All I Was Expecting To Receive Was Materialistic Gift But I Even Got More. Those Set Of Words Have Been My Motivation Ever Since. Each Time I Feel Like Giving Up Because The Journey Is Tough,Those Words Encourage Me To Keep Going. #BabuJaDaBaya
